On 3rd of September, RCWP, ROT Front and other progressive organizations have lead an anti-imperialistic, antifascist picket in front of the Consulate General of the USA in St.-Petersburg. On that day about 30 activists, despite of rain, went out to express the sharply negative attitude to the policy conducted by the USA and their satellites that is military intervention in home affairs of the Syrian Arabian Republic.

The Moldavian authorities decided to ban by law the communist symbols adding one more link in the chain of the anti-communist campaign launched by the European Union for the equation of communism with fascism.

This campaign is linked with the continuous efforts to falsify the history of the Second World War and the socialist construction. For that reason, they ban everything that reminds of the socialist construction targeting mainly on the consciousness of the young people as they seek to trap them into capitalism which is presented as the only alternative.

A tendency to criminalize an activity that refers to communism in European countries, especially in the former socialist countries became state policy. It manifests itself in the legal interdictions which are based on attempts to equate communism with fascism and Nazism. It is in no way related to an objective historical analysis.

The communists were among the first ones to fight actively against Nazism in all its aspects. This happened in Germany and in the Eastern European states. It cost a lot of sacrifices...

The U.S. imperialists in the occupied part of our country - Kosovo and Metohija arrested, questioned and searched committed young man whose only sin was that he was wearing a shirt with the flag of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.

American war dogs have accused the Kosovo youths for terrorism by supporting the communist ideology. During the search of young men they did not find any weapons, especially weapons of mass destruction, but their methods of hoodlums ransack harassment and justify a cynical story that they did it just for the safety of people in the place where he is and where he lives in his infamous attempt to present themselves as heroes who protect the people...

We all need to learn collectivism, mutual support, self-organisation, theory and practice now, or the popular movement will come to a dead end. The RCYL(b) has accumulated a lot of experience of collective studies, and since 2009 the Communist Youth conducts its Annual Party Schools every year: in 2009, in 2010 and in 2011. This July another Party School is going to be gathered, this time under the banner of ROT-Front. It will last for 5 days and as before it is open to all friendly left-wing activists.

We address all young left-wing activists who are interested in socialising with their comrades and learning something new together. We invite you to participate in our school and together master the difficult and dangerous but always valiant work of a protector of the interests of the working masses. The December events in Russia have seriously reflected on the tendencies in the left-wing movement of the country. Liberals appointed by the Kremlin to head the protests, and the nationalists who joined them became an important factor of the political process. A part of the left-wing became an object of the Kremlin's manipulations.

Another big part joined the liberals and the nationalists, took up the idea of a two-stage way to the people's power through the bourgeois democracy. Not being a considerable power in making decisions, they provide the liberals with an opportunity of the alleged representing of the whole society. We see the repetition of the same situation which took place in the activity of the "Another Russia" coalition and the forming of the "National Assembly". In this way practically all the left wing has become divided, having joined this or that group of the bourgeoisie. In such conditions it is more important than ever to continue the building of the real, class front of the working people - the ROT-Front.

On the 9th of March in Moscow under the chairmanship of the Organizational Secretary of the CC of RCYL(B) Comrade Illarionova there was held a Plenum of the CC of RCYL(B). In the Plenum there participated RCYL(B)'s activists from Moscow and the CC of RCWP-RPC's Youth Secretary Comrade Batov.

In the first place the Plenum broadly considered the situation in the structural divisions of the CC and made some orders to their heads. The key problems of the Plenum were the re-organization of the structural divisions and the preparation for the summer events - the 4th Training Session and the Military-Sports RCYL(B)'s camp. While discussing the first question, it was decided to dismiss all the structural divisions and to create efficient groups, which will make the work of the Apparatus of the CC more flexible.

After more than 9 months of the unlawful imprisonment, on the eve of the 8th of March, Natalia Sokolova was released from prison. The repressive measure against the workers' leader was changed from 6 years of imprisonment to 3 years of suspended sentence with the deprivation of the ability to participate in social work also for 3 years.
